Stocks Dividend Policy

Since being listed in the stock exchange in 2001,
we have paid dividends every year to increase shareholder value.

Our dividend policy takes into account the business performance, financial status, past dividend trends and the external and internal economic and market environment of the year to maintain a stable level of cash dividends. In principle, we pay dividends using the net income of the current term. However, to ensure that our shareholders receive dividends on a stable basis, we do not increase or decrease the dividends in proportion to sudden rise or fall of our income. In addition, we will continue to pay dividends considering the external and internal economic and market environment to maintain financial security, but at the same time, we plan to gradually increase dividends in step with the recent trends of a shareholder-friendly market environment.
